The owner of the online store www.insplay.net (hereinafter “Online Store”) is Insplay, OÜ Rekato (registry code: 10058302), located at Paavli 2a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia.

1. Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
1.1. These Terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
1.2. Prices are displayed next to each product. Delivery charges are added depending on the shipping method and destination.
1.3. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
1.4. Product descriptions are available next to each item in the Online Store.

2. Placing an Order
2.1. To order, add desired items to the shopping cart.
2.2. Complete the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. Payment can be made via bank link or other supported payment methods.
2.3. The contract enters into force when the payment is received by the Online Store.
2.4. If the product cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), we will notify the customer promptly and refund the payment (including delivery costs) within 1–3 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund process may take up to 7 business days.

3. Delivery
3.1. Products are shipped to multiple countries within Europe. Please refer to our delivery page for details.
3.2. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which are shown with the shipping method.
3.3. Estimated delivery time can be found on our Delivery page.
3.4. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 15 calendar days.

4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
4.3. To return goods, email a withdrawal notice to hello@insplay.eu within 14 days of receiving the product. Include the bank account holder’s name and IBAN for the refund.
4.4. Returned goods must be unused beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4.5. If the item shows signs of wear or has been used inappropriately, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
4.6. The buyer must return the item or provide proof of shipment within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
4.7. Returns can be sent to our office: Insplay / OÜ Rekato, Paavli 2a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia.
4.8. We will refund all payments within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.
4.9. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4.10. If only part of an order is incorrect or defective, shipping fees will be refunded proportionally.
4.11. If the customer selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard, the difference will not be refunded.
4.12. Insplay reserves the right to cancel orders if the price listed was
significantly below market value due to an error.

5. Right to File a Complaint
5.1. Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
5.2. During the first year, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
5.3. Notify us of defects via hello@insplay.eu within 2 months of discovery.
5.4. Please include:
  - Full name and contact details
  - Description of the defect and your request
  - Photos, if applicable
  - Order number or invoice
5.5. We will respond within 15 days.
5.6. If a defective product is replaced, Insplay may request the return of the faulty item.
5.7. The warranty does not cover indirect damage or transportation costs. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and availability of the item for courier pickup.
5.8. If repairs are not completed within a reasonable time, the customer may arrange for repairs and claim reimbursement.
5.9. If replacement or repair fails, the buyer may withdraw from the contract, and a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
5.10. Insplay is not liable for:
  - Damage caused by the customer
  - Misuse of the product
  - Normal wear and tear
  - Special items with shorter warranties (e.g., batteries – 6 months)
  - Use in extreme conditions
  - Cases as defined by applicable law

6. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
6.1. Insplay processes personal data only for order handling and delivery.
6.2. Delivery data is shared only with logistics providers.
6.3. Promotional emails are sent only with the customer’s explicit consent.
6.4. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the email
or contacting us at hello@insplay.eu.

7. Account Registration
7.1. To access loyalty benefits, register at www.insplay.net.
7.2. Registration is also possible via e-mail and password.
7.3. Fill in all required fields during registration.
7.4. After signing up, an activation link will be sent to your email.
7.5. Once activated, you can log in and place orders.
  
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1. Provide accurate personal and delivery details when placing an order.
8.2. If the recipient differs from the buyer, their contact info must be included.
8.3. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.
8.4. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

9. Insplay Rights
9.1. Insplay may update these terms at any time without notice.
9.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9.3. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.
9.4. If the buyer fails to comply with these terms, Insplay may cancel or refuse the order.
9.5. In case of non-payment, Insplay may report the buyer to a credit registry.
 
10. Insplay Obligations
10.1. Deliver complete and correct items to the buyer.
10.2. Accept and document all valid complaints.
10.3. Resolve complaints within 15 days when not caused by the buyer.
10.4. Replace defective items due to manufacturing faults.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Please send complaints to hello@insplay.eu or call +372 650 0040 on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00
(EET).
11.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, customers in Estonia can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
11.3. EU residents may also file complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
