Delivery Methods, Pricing, and Speed

Dropshipping Handling Fee

  • A handling fee of €2 + VAT is added to each dropshipping order, i.e., goods delivered directly to the end customer. The fee includes packaging.
  • If the customer prefers a specific transport method, it is necessary to send us the corresponding transport company's label along with the order details, and we will send the ordered goods to the contact and location specified on the label.

International Transport

  • Courier Delivery within Latvia and Lithuania: Free if the order amount exceeds €416.66 + VAT (€500 including VAT)
  • International transport to other countries needs to be agreed upon separately. Contact us at order@insplay.eu, and we will specify the transport fee according to the desired destination worldwide.

Transport in Estonia

Pick Up Yourself: Free
  • You can pick up the ordered goods from our warehouse in North Tallinn, Paavli 2a, Estonia (location map).
  • The goods will be ready for pickup within 2-3 hours after the order and confirmed payment. Visit us on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.

Wholesale or Dropshipping Order with Courier Service: €4.66 + VAT (€5.60 including VAT) or free if the amount exceeds €83.33 + VAT (€100 including VAT)

  • Courier delivery is free if the order amount exceeds €100 including VAT.
  • The postage fee with Omniva or DPD courier does not depend on the order amount and volume, except for oversized and heavy outdoor products (playhouses, slides, etc.), which are subject to the courier company's price list.
  • If the paid order reaches us on a working day before 13:00, we will post the goods on the same day. Orders received later will be posted the next working day. The courier will deliver the goods the day after posting or according to your preference within the next three days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Dropshipping to Parcel Machine: €2.62 + VAT (€2.90 including VAT)

  • If the paid order reaches us on a working day before 13:00, we will post the goods on the same day. Orders received later will be posted the next working day. The goods will reach your chosen parcel machine within 1-2 days after posting.
  • Parcel machines can accommodate shipments with maximum dimensions of 39 cm high x 38 cm wide x 64 cm long, including packaging.

Dropshipping to Post Office: €6.22 + VAT (€7.46 including VAT)

  • If the paid order reaches us on a working day before 13:00, we will post the goods on the same day. Orders received later will be posted the next working day. The goods will reach your chosen post office within 2-3 days after posting.
  • It is possible to send larger packages to post offices, weighing up to 30 kg and with maximum dimensions of:
  • Longest side up to 2.5 m;
  • Circumference and height up to 3 m.
