Yes. Recommended retail prices are available in our product data XML feeds and API where applicable.

Currently, wholesale orders can be placed by email. Detailed ordering and payment terms are included in our reseller agreement.

Yes. We can ship individual orders directly from our warehouse to your customers in supported European destinations.

We regularly serve several European markets and can also arrange delivery to other destinations depending on the available shipping solution. Contact us to confirm delivery options for your country.

No. Dropshipping orders can be placed product by product, with no general minimum order value or quantity.

Yes. We charge a €2 handling fee excl. VAT per dropshipping order, in addition to the applicable shipping cost.

Orders are shipped neutrally without Insplay invoices, prices or Insplay promotional materials inside the parcel.

Both integration methods (XML and API), include product names and descriptions, product and EAN codes, brands, categories, technical specifications, wholesale and recommended retail prices, stock availability, images, dimensions, weight and other product attributes.

Approved resellers can use the product information provided by Insplay for listing the respective products in their sales channels, subject to any brand-specific restrictions.

Our systems provide regularly updated stock and pricing information. Stock information available through our XML and API is updated approximately every 20 minutes.

Yes. We provide XML product feeds and a RESTful API that can be used to synchronise product information, prices and stock availability with your systems.

The Main XML contains enriched product information such as descriptions, images and detailed product attributes.

The Basic XML is a smaller feed intended for frequent synchronisation of essential information such as prices and stock levels.

Our XML feeds and RESTful API are platform-independent and can be integrated with most modern e-commerce and ERP systems by your developer or integration partner.

No. XML and API access is provided to approved Insplay resellers without a monthly fee.

After the reseller agreement has been signed, we will provide the relevant XML feed URL or API credentials together with the necessary technical information.
